Caring Support is a Canadian healthcare employment platform that connects healthcare workers, employers, and schools in order to help workers find jobs and help fill the need for healthcare professionals in the market.
In 2020, I was approached about creating a company called Caring Support. With the Covid-19 pandemic in full force, we had recognized the need to help the healthcare sector. Myself and 7 other individuals worked hard to bring this vision to life, and Caring Support was officially launched in November of 2021.
My purpose on the team originally started as the brand creator and designer, bringing to life from the ground up a cohesive brand that would stand out in the market. My role eventually evolved into not only being the creative director but overseeing the entire marketing department.
I designed the Caring Support logo and all initial marketing materials, the marketing website, and most of all the platform itself. The platform started as a fairly simple employment platform but has evolved into a much more intricate platform.
